A psychedelic group for women craving depth, healing, and a true return to themselves.
The Self-Led Woman is a 10-week KAP (Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy) group for women where you feel safe enough to drop the mask, meet the parts of you that have been running the show (anxiety, anger, people-pleasing, perfectionism), and finally get some space from them.. Through psychedelic support and guided integration, you’ll return to clarity, confidence, peace, and yourself.
Ketamine can “clear the channel” — soften the nervous system, loosen the ego grip, and give you perspective you can’t think your way into. Then the group container helps you integrate it in real life: your marriage, your parenting, your reactions, your emotions, your relationships, your boundaries.
You’re a woman who looks “fine” on the outside, but inside you’re running on tension, pressure, irritability, or emotional exhaustion.
You suspect you’re living with a baseline anxiety you’ve normalized and want to have more peace in your life.
You’re tired of living on autopilot and want to lead life with intention instead of reactivity.
You feel overwhelmed or disconnected from yourself and are craving clarity, stability, and groundedness.
You sense fragmentation inside—parts of you in conflict—and want to return to wholeness.
You have resentment in your relationship (or parenting) building up and you don’t want it to keep hardening
You want a community of women who are also committed to healing, growth, and leading from their most authentic selves.

Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) pairs low-dose ketamine with skilled therapeutic support. This gentle psychedelic softens the rigid structures of the mind, allowing the walls to relax so genuine connection—both with yourself and others can emerge .It quiets the inner critic and eases self-doubt, opening the door to what lives beneath the surface.
Yes. Ketamine has a long-standing medical safety profile. At the therapeutic doses used here, effects are typically mild and short-lived. All participants undergo a medical screening beforehand.

No. Many participants are completely new to non-ordinary states. You’ll be supported through every step.
Ketamine can open access to emotional and psychological material that isn’t always reachable in everyday consciousness. Therapy helps integrate these insights so they create lasting change
Totally normal. Preparation sessions walk you through what to expect. You’re guided from start to finish, never left alone, and fully supported.
Integration helps turn the insights, sensations, and emotional shifts from your ketamine sessions into meaningful, practical life changes. This is where long-term transformation happens.
“I started to be more present with my Higher Self. I can now practice being curious (rather than frustrated) with my pain and the parts of me that hold emotional or somatic discomfort.”
“Through the group, I noticed changes in my energy levels and my focus at work. I returned to things I used to love but didn’t have the energy for before.”
“I have more awareness of others’ emotions and reactions, and more empathy and compassion for myself and others.”
“I accept myself more than ever. I now know I can move through difficult situations more easily than I ever believed I could.”
